Return Policy

We’re so confident you’ll love the pieces we carry, and we hope you love everything you order, like so many of our customers do! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return anything, except for FINAL SALE items, that you purchased from TINY SWEET HEART within 14 days of purchase. 

We're here to make your return process as easy as possible! To begin a return, email us at hello@tinysweetheart.com with "return" in the subject line, your name, order number, reason for the return, and the item you are returning.

RETURN:

For a full refund we ask that items be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, including tags and returned within 15 days of purchase. 

Returns can be refunded to original method of payment. We process returns within 1 week of receiving the package. Please keep tracking info of your returned package. 

What is your return policy?

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been worn or washed.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:

 unworn

 unwashed

 with original tags and packaging intact

 free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

 All products purchased at a discount of 40% off or more at end of season sales are considered Final Sale and not eligible for returns

 The return package must be postmarked back to us within 15 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this 15-day-timeframe for a store credit.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form is necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. TINY SWEET HEART  is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.

EXCHANGE:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please RETURN your items for a refund and place a new order. 

Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.

  • If no record of sale is available, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ask for personal identification.
  • If items in the return are significantly used or not in resellable condition, we also reserve the right to refuse the return and will mail back the items.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
