How often do you restock/launch new products?
We try to restock/launch new products at least twice a month. Make sure to subscribe to our email newsletter so you receive an email the moment restocks/new products are in the shop! We also announce restocks & new launches on our Instagram & Facebook page.
Do you have a Retail store I can visit and shop in person?
No, we currently only sell online.
How does TSH's sizing run? Most items run TTS (true to size) with the exception of a few styles depending on fabric which are noted in the description. Please refer to our size guide per listing for your reference. Do you offer coupon codes/discounts?
Yes, we do! If you haven't already subscribed, we offer a one time 20% off discount on your first order. Most of our discounts and sales are posted on our social media pages: Instagram or Facebook.
Do I have to register for an account to place an order?
No, but we do recommend it but do not require customers to register for an account to place an online order. Registering for an account provides many benefits. Upon registration you are able to check out faster, review your past order history and more.
Does adding an item to my bag reserved it? No, nothing in your basket is reserved. If there is only one item left and it sells out before you order goes through then it will show a message in the cart that the item is now out of stock.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, as long as the item has yet to be shipped, which normally happens within 24-48 hours after you’ve placed your order. For any questions please at contact us Please be sure to have your order/confirmation number available.
How fast are orders processed? We typically ship within 3 business days from the date of purchase. In times of higher order volumes, this fulfillment time can be extended.
Can I change my order? We are unable to make any changes after an order has been placed as they are processed immediately.
Can I edit my shipping address? If you need to update your shipping address, please contact email@example.com and we will do our best to make the change.
What forms of payment do you take? We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX and PayPal.
Where can I track my order? You will receive your tracking number via email shortly after your order ships.
I sent you an email, but I haven't received a response as of yet. How long does it take for you to reply?
Thank you for reaching out! We do our best to reply to emails promptly in a timely manner, however please do allow 24-48 hrs for a response. Email correspondence will be attended to weekdays, during normal business hours.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We understand that sometimes purchases just don’t work out. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in NEW condition with original clothing tags. Please note we do not accept returns for swimsuits, or personalized items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If no record of sale is available, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Returns that are received within 14 days of purchase will be refunded the original payment method used. You can read more about our Return/ Exchange Policies over HERE,
When can I expect my refund?
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification as soon as we finish processing your return.
How do I make an exchange?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please RETURN your items for a refund and place a new order.
Will I be refunded the original shipping charge?
If you paid for shipping, you will not be refunded if you make a return. Refunds are for products only.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We allot 1-4 business days to process and package orders. You can read more about our shipping policies over HERE, including shipping time frames, customs, tax rates, and more.
Will my package be replaced if it is lost or stolen?
If you purchased the first class mail option, once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of TINY SWEET HEART®. We will not replace lost or stolen packages. If you purchased USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express shipping option, your package did come standard with insurance and a claim can be filed. If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local USPS office. Please note domestic first class packages take 3-5 business days to. TINY SWEET HEART® will not issue refunds for lost or stolen first class packages.
I never received any correspondence after I placed my order, how do I know the status?
Thank you so much for your order! Once you order has been placed, you’ll receive an email with your order receipt confirmation. Once your order has been processed and ready to ship, you will receive another email with your shipment information and tracking details. Both emails and all correspondence from TSH will go through the email that was used when the order was placed. Please double check the email address that was given is correct and/or that email’s spam folder.
My tracking on my order has not been updated?
Sometimes USPS is delayed when updating their tracking system. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email to track the status of your order. (Please note that during Holiday seasons, normal shipping times do become delayed.)
Do you offer wholesale?
At this time, we are currently not accepting wholesale accounts. We are focusing all of our efforts towards our direct customers.
How can I host a giveaway and or collaborate with TSW?
In order for us to allocate our time and resources properly, we have limited our participation in giveaways and collaborations but still love to support other brands! If you're interested in featuring our products, business, and or hosting a giveaway, please provide us with all relevant current stats such as unique monthly views, followers, and engagement rates, etc. So we can decide if you are a good fit for our brand. How do I apply my promo code to my order?
Promo codes can be applied at checkout by entering the code in the “gift card or promo code" field.
Only 1 promo code may be used per purchase.
Promo codes can’t be retroactively applied after you’ve placed your order.
We are unable to apply expired promo codes to an order.
Our welcome discount is for new customers only. If we find abuse of the discount with multiple email addresses we will deduct the discount from your order.
